CHEERLEADING

Iowa Gym-Nest offers both competition cheerleading and recreational cheerleading classes. All children (boys and girls) ages 5 and up are welcome to join our cheerleading program.

Our mission at Iowa Gym-Nest is to develop happy, healthy confident children by providng the best sports instruction available. Iowa Gym-Nest has the best facility to develop the skills needed to be a well rounded cheerleader. In-ground trampolines, backhand spring trainers, overhead spotting rig, tumble track, and a foam pit are some of the equipment we offer to ensure every cheerleader is safely and properly trained at our facility.
