
Beginner Girls Gymnastics
Ages: Kindergarten - 10 years old
Class Length: 1 Hour, students may choose one or more class per week
No previous gymnastics experience is necessary. Girls will be taught basic beginning gymnastics skills on Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise. In addition, there is an emphasis on developing overall fitness including strength, flexibility, and endurance. Students will move on to the next class level as soon as they have mastered all of the beginner level gymnastic skills. Students are invited to add a Tumbling class to their Beginner gymnastics class.

Intermediate Girls Gymnastics
Ages: 6 and older, must have passed the Beginner Girls Gymnastics class or be 11 years old.
Class Length: 1 hour, students may choose one or more classes per week
Students will continue to develop skills on the four apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise, building on the foundation from the Beginner Girl's class. Students will also continue to improve their strength, flexibility, and endurance levels. Students are invited to add a Tumbling class to their gymnastics class.

Accelerated Girls Gymnastics
Ages: 6 and older
Class Length: 2 hours per week, students may choose one or more classes per week
Students must have completed the Intermediate Girls Gymnastics skill list and show current proficiency in those skills to join this class. Students will work on skills and routines associated with the USA Gymnastics J.O. Level 2 and 3 program. Strength and flexibility continue to be incorporated in this class to help students become physically prepared to successfully complete these more advanced gymnastics skills.
Many Accelerated students enjoy adding a Power Tumbling or Tumbling & Trampoline Class to their regular gymnastics class.

Advanced Girls Gymnastics
Age: 6 and older
Length of class: 2 hours per week, recommended to take 2 classes/week
Students must have completed the Accelerated Girls Gymnastics skill list and show current proficiency in those skills to join this class. Students work on the skills and routines associated with the USA Gymnastics J.O. Level 3 and 4 program. This is an advanced class for students who are at a competitive ability level but choose not to participate in our team program. This is an open-ended skill level class. Students will also work on strength, flexibility, and endurance in this class.
Many students in the Advanced Class choose to add a Power Tumbling or Tumbling and Trampoline Class to their gymnastics class.
