• Cheer Classes available Wednesdays in Iowa City
• Open practice time for Cheerleaders. Mondays 7:30-8:30 Iowa City, Thursdays 8:00-9:00 Coralville
• 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute tumbling classes
• Freestyle Gymnastics (Parkour) Saturdays Noon - 1PM at our Coralville location and Mondays 8:00-9:00 at our Iowa City location.

Iowa Gym-Nest Invitational Meet

February 24-26th we will be hosting our invitational gymnastics meet at our Coralville location. Classes for Friday Feb 24th and Saturday Feb 25th will be cancelled due invitational meet. Iowa City classes will be held as usual! Come out andsupport our gymnasts!
