All coaches must sign in at the head table by showing their USAG card. Only coaches with proper credentials will be allowed on the competition floor. Upon checking in, coaches will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times during the competition.
There will be a coaches hospitality room in the competition arena. We will serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day. Additionally, coaches will be able to get items from the concession stand free of charge.
All floor music must be in mp3 format. We will not have CD players. Coaches will be responsible for filling out a music form at the beginning of each session and turning it and their team mp3 player into the floor music table.
All sessions, except for JO Level 6, are Modified Capitol Cup with two sets of equipment and continuous rotation. The JO Level 6 session will be Modified Traditional format using one set of equipment. Teams that have different Xcel Divisions or JO Levels within the same session will be in different squads. Please plan your coaches accordingly so that you have enough coaches to adequately supervise your athletes.
All athletes in each session were split into equal age groups determined by athletes’ date of birth.
Awards will be given 50%+1 for each event and all-around in JO age groups. Awards will be given 50%+1 for each event and 100% in all-around in Xcel age groups.
