XCEL Team Program

Iowa Gym-Nest's XCEL program is designed for gymnasts who have never competed in the JO program and for those who have and are looking for less of a time committment.  Many athletes who reach High School choose to move to the XCEL Program so they are able to participate in High School sports and activities.  The XCEL coaches allow the athletes a lot of flexibility in scheduling their workouts.  XCEL athletes choose which competitions they want to attend, there are no mandatory competitions.  Families pay for their own meet entries and coaching expenses for only the meets signed up for. This is an excellent program for gymnasts of many abilities - from the beginning to the very advanced.
